TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Cancellations

If your booking has to be cancelled for any reason a cancellation fee is due up to 72 hours before your booking takes place. Cancellations can be made by telephone during our normal opening hours or by email (we will confirm by return) Please understand that it is impossible for us to rebook your time at short notice. We always try to be fair and have an established policy as follows:

No cancellation is charged if you notify us at least 72 hours in advance of your booking.

72hrs - 48 hrs: 50% of the studio fee is charged

Less than 48 hours: Full fee is charged

Bookings

When making a booking it will be considered provisional until a deposit has been received.

All prices are for one photographer using the Studio. No more than one photographer is permitted to use the studio at any one time unless by prior arrangement agreed in writing. This is to protect the equipment from abuse/over use. We do not cater for group bookings.

Insurance:

EQUIPMENT INSURANCE: You are responsible for your own insurance. Equipment or furniture supplied by the Studio is covered under the Studio's insurance – but does NOT cover anything owned by you or anyone else. Please ensure you are covered by your own insurance when away from home/business.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are not responsible for costs/liability/damages if we have to cancel your booking owing to circumstances beyond our control. Should the need to cancel your booking arise we will endeavour to contact you by telephone and/or email with the details you have supplied to us.
